How do I play?

Each player starts with nine pieces. In the placing phase you take turns putting a piece on any free point. When you line up three of your pieces in a row (a mill), you remove one opposing piece. After all pieces are placed you move a piece along a line to a neighbouring free point. You win when your opponent has only two pieces left or cannot move. The Rules page on the home screen explains everything in the app.

What do the rule options do?

Under Settings you can turn on flying, which lets a player with only three pieces jump to any free point. You can also decide whether a game is a draw after the same position occurs three times, and after how many moves without a mill.

Open Settings → Game Center on your iPhone and sign in with your Apple Account, then open Online in Mühle. If you are not signed in, the Online screen shows a Sign In button.

My online match does not update.

Pull down on the match list to refresh it. Check that you are online and signed in to Game Center. Matches are turn-based, so you only see a new move once your opponent has made it.

Is my data synced between devices?

Settings are stored only on your iPhone. Online matches are managed by Apple’s Game Center.
